Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
In short
Paid plans are final and non-refundable. If you pay for a plan with a time limit twice, we do not refund it — we add the extra time to your account instead. The ₹51 Lifetime plan is the exception: it never expires, so a second payment for it adds nothing and is not refunded. The only situation in which money is returned is a payment your bank debited that never reached Razorpay at all.
1. No refunds
All payments made on Repeater Mock — ad-free plans (₹29, ₹34, ₹51), mock test plans (₹10, ₹19, ₹49, ₹99), the ₹149 combined plan, and the ₹1 trial — are final and non-refundable.
Repeater Mock is a digital service that is delivered instantly. The moment Razorpay confirms your payment, your plan is switched on and the content it unlocks is available to you in full — there is no shipping period, no waiting, and nothing left for us to deliver later. For that reason, once a payment is completed no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, non-usage, buying the wrong plan, buying a plan you already had, or dissatisfaction with the service.
2. Paid twice? You get extra time, not a refund.
This is the most common question we receive, so the rule is written out in full.
If you buy a plan again — whether by accident, by tapping pay twice, or because you deliberately wanted to top up — the payment is not treated as an error and is not reversed. Instead, the full duration you paid for is added on top of the time you already have left. Nothing is lost and nothing is wasted; you simply hold the plan for longer.
For example: if you buy the ₹29 four-month ad-free plan and pay for it a second time, you hold ad-free for eight months, not four. If you had two months left and paid again, you would have six.
| If you pay again for | What happens |
|---|---|
| ₹29 — 4 Months ad-free | Adds 4 more months on top of the time left |
| ₹34 — 1 Year ad-free | Adds 1 more year on top of the time left |
| ₹51 — Lifetime ad-free | Already permanent, so there is no time limit to extend. Nothing is added and nothing is refunded — please check before paying twice. |
| ₹149 — Lifetime ad-free + 1 Year mock | Ad-free is already permanent; adds 1 more year to the mock test plan |
| ₹10 — 1 Month mock plan | Adds 1 more month on top of the time left |
| ₹19 — 3 Months mock plan | Adds 3 more months on top of the time left |
| ₹49 — 6 Months mock plan | Adds 6 more months on top of the time left |
| ₹99 — 1 Year mock plan | Adds 1 more year on top of the time left |
| ₹1 — One-day trial | One per account. A second attempt is refused before any money is taken. |
The exception is lifetime ad-free (₹51), and please read this before paying. Lifetime never expires. There is no end date on it, which means there is no time limit to extend — adding time to permanent access is not possible. So a second ₹51 payment adds nothing to your account, and in line with the rest of this policy it is not refunded. The same is true of any further ad-free payment once you hold lifetime: buying ₹29 or ₹34 on top of it also adds nothing.
We state this plainly here rather than let you discover it after paying. If you already own lifetime ad-free, you do not need to buy ad-free again — ever. Your Transactions page shows every payment you have made and your dashboard shows what you currently hold; please check one of them before buying any ad-free plan a second time. If it is the locked test series you want, that is a separate purchase — see the mock test plans on the pricing page.
Extra time is credited automatically, by the same system that activates any purchase. You do not need to email us to claim it, and there is no form to fill. You can see the result on your dashboard and every payment on your Transactions page.
3. The only case in which money is returned
We issue a return in exactly one situation: your bank or UPI app debited the amount from your account, but the payment never reached Razorpay — Razorpay has no successful payment recorded against it, or records it as failed or pending.
This is not really a refund; it is a stuck payment. It happens on the banking side, before the money ever reaches us. It does not mean you were charged twice, and it does not mean we withheld access after a successful payment. We do fix these, and we do not argue about them.
To let us do that, email [email protected] with all three of:
- The 12-digit UTR / UPI reference number for the transaction
- A screenshot of the debit from your bank or UPI app
- The email address or mobile number used at checkout
We then raise it with Razorpay directly using those details:
- If Razorpay confirms the payment went through, we update your transaction and activate your plan. No money is returned in this case, because you received exactly what you paid for.
- If Razorpay confirms the payment failed, the amount goes back to your original payment method — either automatically by Razorpay, or by us within 7–14 business days, in line with Razorpay's standard dispute-resolution cycle.
We aim to reply with an update within 2 business days of receiving your details, even when the underlying resolution with Razorpay takes longer.
Note that a successful payment which activated your plan is not covered by this section, whichever plan it was, and however soon after the first payment it was made. That is covered by section 2 above, and you receive extra time for it.
4. What is your responsibility
Repeater Mock is run as a low-cost service at prices between ₹1 and ₹149. Handling individual reversals for payments that were successfully delivered is not something the service can sustain at these prices, so the following are your responsibility as the person making the payment:
- Checking what you already own before you pay. Your current plans and their end dates are on your dashboard, and every payment you have ever made is on your Transactions page.
- Choosing the right plan. Ad-free and mock test plans are two separate things and neither includes the other — this is stated on every card on the pricing page. Buying one when you meant the other is not a refundable error.
- Paying from an account you control, and using the correct email or mobile number at checkout so the plan reaches the right account.
- Waiting for a payment to settle before retrying it. If a payment appears stuck, give it a few minutes and refresh your dashboard rather than paying again immediately.
- Contacting us before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Almost every case is resolved faster over email, and a dispute raised against a payment that was delivered may result in the associated account losing access.
5. Before you purchase
Every free test series, question, analysis screen and full solution is available on Repeater Mock at no cost, so you can evaluate the platform fully before upgrading. For the paid content, the ₹1 one-day trial opens every locked test series for 24 hours — it exists precisely so that nobody needs a refund to find out whether the paid side is worth it. The first test of every subsection is also free to attempt.
We strongly encourage you to use the free tier and the ₹1 trial before buying a longer plan. Once you have, the no-refund rule above applies without exception.
6. Plan cancellation and renewals
There is nothing to cancel. Every plan on Repeater Mock is a single payment — there is no subscription anywhere on the platform, no auto-renewal, and your card is never saved. Money will never be taken from your account again unless you choose to pay again yourself.
You may stop using a paid plan at any time, but doing so does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining duration of the plan (or, for Lifetime plans, at all).
7. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly because of a technical fault on our side — for example an amount that does not match the plan's listed price — contact us and we will investigate and correct it. This section covers genuine billing faults only. It does not cover a change of mind, and it does not cover a repeat payment for a plan you already held, which is dealt with in section 2.
8. Contact
For any billing-related question, email [email protected]. We respond within 2 business days. See also our Transactions page for your payment history.
